Cancellations

Any order with the exception of customized items may be cancelled within 24 hours.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on completed orders; however, you can always contact us for any question of if there is a problem with your order at deescandlesandcrafts@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because items are natural materials and handmade, slight variations in color/texture (like air bubbles in concrete) are not considered defects.  

The colors are unique and have one-of-a-kind designs throughout, made with non-toxic dyes, stains, and paints. Because it is concrete, each piece will have perfect imperfections! 

All concrete/cement items are handmixed, poured, then cured, and sealed with a water-based, non-toxic, food-grade sealant (when necessary). Because they are made of porous material, they should not be submerged or placed in a dishwasher or microwave. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

***Most items are available with marbling and in many main colors. Please ask any questions and request additional photos for each item before making your final purchase.
