Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Because our concrete items are handmade and hand-poured, we take extra care to ensure they are fully cured and safely packaged before they head your way. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Local Pickup (Richmond, KY)
Free local pickup is available for customers in the Richmond area.

How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Coordination: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. Please reply to that message to coordinate a meeting time at our designated public pickup location.

Verification: Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) at the time of pickup.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use carrier-calculated shipping to provide the most accurate rates based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. Please contact us for most accurate shipping rates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
CANDLESTONE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
